MITSUBISHI PAJERO LWB NP TO NX STEEL SIDE STEPS / SLIDERS
Steel Side Steps
To suit: Mitsubishi Pajero LWB (Long Wheel Base) NP, NS, NT, NW & NX (Also - NM GLX Model)
The BushSkinz Steel Side Steps / Sliders for the Mitsubishi Pajeros are made from 42mm OD Steel Pipe with a 3.2mm wall thickness. These steps also incorporate three 6mm thick cross braces which are also used to bolt the Aluminium checker plate, so there are no rivets used to attach the checker plate and potentially work loose.
Unlike normal side steps which only incorporate a single piece of pipe which forms the outer edge of the step our side steps have a piece of pipe on the inside directly under the sill which the outer pipe is welded to using 45deg mitre joints so there are no holes to allow the pipe to fill up with mud and water etc.
Mounting the Side Steps / Sliders is made easy by re using the factory mounting points so there is no special tools etc required just a simple bolt solution. The mounts on the Side Steps / Sliders are also made from 6mm Steel Plate making them nice and strong. Finished in Black with shiny Aluminium checker plate they look fantastic, but if desired we can easily have them colour coded for an additional charge or you can take them to your local smash repair to have them colour coded to your vehicle should you wish.
THESE ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER - The side steps are made in batches so we may have some on hand but please allow 2-3 weeks fabrication time just in case!
***Also included are replacement High Tensile bolts/washers - Standard bolts have a very soft head and are prone to being damaged***

For example if a guard is damaged while 4x4ing over time one should expect that corrosion will occur if the bare material is exposed; but this should remain isolated to the exposed area and not result in the coating flaking off etc.
